There is no other cold plunge with a set up like ours with such few steps. All you have to do is unbox the vertical cold plunge and chiller, connect the chiller hoses to the bottom of the plunge and to the chiller, fill up the plunge about 85% full with our carbon hose water filter, turn on the chiller, and that's it. No plastic PVC pipes to connect, no confusing plumbing instructions. Simple & easy.

The Cold Life plunge was designed to be self-contained. Once you fill it up from a hose and use proper maintenance, your water can last from 3 up to 6 months without changing it. To drain it, connect a standard garden hose to the back of the plunge and open the valve or just open the valve if your plunge is located in a area you are comfortable draining the water to directly.

Yes, you can keep this outside. We just recommend covering your chiller in case of heavy storms or rain. It’s also advisable to keep the lid on your plunge to maintain the cleanliness of the water.
