Simply follow the steps in their payment process to split your payments accordingly: See their help center article for more information: here

No. TrueMed informs patients directly on their site that if a LMN was not issued pre-purchase, it is get approved afterwards. The date the letter was issued would show that at the time of purchase the equipment may not have been considered medically necessary.

From a ColdLife perspective, we are here for you when you are ready to purchase. However, if you still intend to seek reimbursement for your purchase, TrueMed require you to make the purchase before your LMN expires (typically 12 months) so please review your LMN for an expiration date or contact TrueMed for more information.

You’ll just need to start the process again by using TrueMed as your payment method, completing the health assessment, and obtaining a new LMN.

This could happen for one of two common reasons: ▪ Your FSA/HSA does not have the funds needed or has a spending limit. ▪ Your cart contains items not eligible for purchase on an FSA/HSA.

You will have to submit your sales receipts from The Cold Life along with your LMN from TrueMed to your FSA/HSA provider, they will be responsible for reviewing your request and determining final repayment. Customers can review TrueMed’s help article on this here
